Welcome to my creative portfolio of realism, surrealism and impressionism in pencil! A drawing is a picture I build stroke by stroke to craft the things that matter to me. Be it the meditative effect of pencil against paper, a handcrafted memory for someone I love, or a cause I am inspired by; I welcome you to share my passion for coloured pencil art!
A Heyoka is the sacred clown of the Lakota tribe, a satirical display of contradictions, juxtapositions and irony which force us to say "Why" for how we live. This was the largest coloured pencil drawing I had ever completed, spanning a page of 18"X24" as a commission for the comedian Tyler John Perry
My first ever realism drawing back in 2020. It will always hold a sentimental place in my heart.
I once adopted a snail I found above my sink. I named him "Gilbert" but when I put him in his enclosure, he stopped moving. Feeling terrible for the little life, I brought him back into the wild and just like that, he started moving again.
I don't know this girl, but she was fun to draw.
This was a gift for my good friend, a portrait of her very first baby. It had always been her dream to start a family. And something about drawing out an integral memory in someone's life filled me with so much joy.
Who doesn't love Beta fish? Isn't it pretty?

I wrote an article for this Lotus in a magazine featured by Hijinx World
I was surfing the web for images of Lillies as a reference to hone my anatomy skills. I only realized it was a Lotus halfway through the drawing...
I love Rihanna. It was hard to finish ths portrait because I kept getting distracted every 2 minutes to dance to her music.
I was inspired to make this piece amidst the protests erupting across Iran in late 2025. When I spent time with my persian friends, I could put a face to the suffering abroad and that made it personal.
Let Iranian women dance again. Let them free their hair. Let them choose their clothing, define their skin and define their bodies. They fight for a world in which tens of thousands of people are not slaughtered merely for government dissent. One of the most enduring trends in human patriarchal history is the control of female sexuality. When Mahsa Amini was murdered over showing a strand of hair, modesty culture is a tool for power and control. When the female body is not inherently sexual, yet men possess the sole authority to define "sexual", modesty culture is a tool for power & control. I long for the very bodies that grow and bring us into being, to have the freedom to dictate their own lives.
A handcrafted picture of two fiancee's favourite photo together. What a pleasure it was to build their love on a lettersized page.
